Mon ordinateur ne démarre pas

Bonjour j’ai un hp folio 940 qui démarre pas . Chaque fois que j’allume le pc , seule le clavier s’allume pendant quelques secondes et puis la machine redémarre encore et encore en boucle , l’écran reste éteint. Par contre lorsque j’insère une RAM de type PC3 l’écran s’allume mais la machine m’envoie un message du genre problème d’incompatibilité de RAM erreur 2E3 . Quand je retire la RAM l’écran demeure éteint et seul le le clavier s’allume. Et quand j’essaye avec la RAM de type PCL3 l’écran reste toujours éteint. 
seule la RAM PC3 réussi à allumer l’ordinateur normalement mais l’erreur 2E3 empêche le pc de démarrer. Il faut noter que mon pc dispose d’une RAM intégré

Hello I have an hp folio 940 which does not start. Every time I turn on the pc, only the keyboard lights up for a few seconds and then the machine restarts again and again in a loop, the screen remains off. On the other hand, when I insert a PC3 type RAM, the screen lights up but the machine sends me a message like RAM incompatibility problem error 2E3. When I remove the RAM the screen remains off and only the keyboard lights up. And when I try with PCL3 type RAM the screen always stays off.

only the PC3 RAM managed to turn on the computer normally but the error 2E3 prevents the pc from starting. It should be noted that my pc has an integrated RAM
