Pavilion x360 Convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

My 2016 Oct model HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC (13-u105TU) had crashed without any incident in late 2019 . My local technical support did the diagnostics and informed there's a damage to the mother board. The four months of near lock down & limited activities didn't help, but I am now desperate to get my laptop back & running.

Is mother board replacement the only option in these cases and is it possible? This laptop originally had an Intel i5 7th Gen processor.

Looking to pick minds & find a solution.

Regards,

Naveen
