Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my laptop motherboard has damaged with electric discharge, the power IC is damaged, once I try to boot, CPU fun get the power but within 2sec the machine loose the power without starting.

I tried to contact some technicians but they failed to repair the motherboard,

Please anyone here can help to know how can I solve the problem.

Also simple help to know how can I get the new motherboard.
