15-db0004dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

15-db0004dx won't turn on. I got it less than a year ago so it should still be under warranty. However when I try and verify it the SC and ProductID are invalid. I tried holding down the power button for a minute to drain the battery and then plugged it back in but the charging light will not turn on.

Hello @Mason7

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

  • Have you checked if there's a power ? How is the battery ?

Please, review the HP official article/guide about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything from the guide but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service

Hope this helps.
