Hi, I hope somebody can help ... my product is a laptop X7G64EA#ABU, Model is 15-ba077sa ...
The laptop is working fine, but on startup I get 4 error messages on a black screen as per the following photo ...
From everything I have googled these errors normally occur because the Motherboard has been replaced and the engineer has failed to enter to correct updated information, but that is NOT the case here, the Laptop hasn't been serviced or touched by anybody. It looks like the BIOS has lost a lot of its settings but they are out of reach by normal editing methods. Again, see the photo ...
I have downloaded and tried to edit these parameters using the BIOS Configuration Utility but I get Error Code 6, Access denied ... can anybody please help ?
