Product: HP Chromebook 11-v001na
Operating System: Chrome OS

My Chromebook, model number 11-v001na, suddenly stopped working yesterday evening. In case the battery was drained, I left it on charge overnight, but it is still dead today, no indicator lights are on. I've tried chatting to HP Support but no solution could be provided. Is there anything I can try myself, or do I need to see a computer specialist?
