HP ENVY x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es0000 (743T0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

After my laptop is turned on, I closed it and returned home after class, but when I got home and turned it back on, suddenly my laptop stops booting.

I tried turning it on many times (plug in and plug out) and it still won't boot up. In both cases, the power LED long‐flashes white twice. When I disconnect the power cord from my laptop, the LED long-flashes once, and yet the laptop still won't turn on.

I then tried to perform a hard reset by disconnecting everything from my laptop and holding the power button for 15-30 seconds, and yet after I power it on it still won't boot up.

The power adapter works fine (whether dislodged or not), and the (non-removable) battery on my laptop still seems to work, but the power just won't turn on.

Maybe because of a particular motherboard/BIOS issue that I realize is causing my laptop not to turn on. Sadly though, I and my family don't have any screwdrivers for this laptop to figure out the root cause for this issue.

So I decided to inspect the power LED blink pattern for this laptop. As you can see above, I have an HP ENVY x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC with me. When I turn on this malfunctioning laptop (whether charging or not) by pressing the power button, the LED flashes one time for 12 seconds, and the second time for 7 seconds. I'm curious to know what issue this pattern indicates.

But all in all, I need a lot of help with this power-on-no-boot problem with my laptop. Thanks in advance for your answers.
