Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY X360 Screen Randomly Goes Black.  Key board does not work.  I have to perform a hard start to exit the black screen.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a black screen randomly and the computer doesn’t respond until you restart the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
