HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx

I bought my HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx 4 months ago. I have used it since then. Yesterday It didn't turn on. I connected the AC Power and the light that show the battery is recharging is off. I keept recharging during 4 hours and nothing happen.

Hi,

You mean the led that indicates the ac adapter is attached is not on.

Can you check if the ac adapter is working (or maybe try a different one)? The wall socket is working? The cable going from wall to ac adapter is attached firmly to the actual adapter?

Yes, the AC cord power is working, I verified. I live a a small city in Brazil. I just checked the computer and the connector in the computer, where I plug the ac cord power is not working, because when I move te power cord the light turn off and turn on. I checked in the internet that I need to change the connector. I don’t have the part number, but I have a photo. Can you help me where I can buy it?
