Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0059tu

My HP Envy 13 Laptop won't start.  AC Power seems to be connected (light is on the side when plugged in).  When power button is pressed, power light comes on, CAPS Lock briefly comes on, then both go out.  No screen or start up sounds.

HP Recommended

Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter. Power ON the laptop. If the laptop still does not power on, disconnect the charger and remove the battery out. if that does not work it might be either the hard drive is damaged or the screen is worn out. or your computer is just worn out.
