I bought an HP Enxy x360 laptop (17 inches diagonal) in Jan 2018.  For some reason, it did not come with the port to lock it with a security cable (the Kensington security slot is what I believe they call it).  I'm only noticing this now because I recently went on vacation and only then realized I had no way to lock this laptop up.  Can anyone recommend an accessory to lock up this laptop when it's left unattended?  I was thinking about getting something like the Kensington Laptop Locking Station 2.0 but I believe it's too small for my 17 inch laptop.  Can anyone recommend anything else to secure a 17 inch laptop?

What is your HP Enxy x360 laptop (17 inches diagonal) ?  Normally it sgould have a slot for  Kensington security key/cable. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

It may have a Mini Kensington lock.

The model number is: HP ENVY x360 15m-bp112dx.  Although it says it's a 15.6" when I measure the laptop myself from corner to corner, it comes to 17" (it's just the visible screen that's 15.6").  But yeah, I was surprised to see it didn't have a Kensington security port because all the laptops I've purchased in the past have had one.  It doesn't look like it has a mini locking port either.  This is unusual, how am I supposed to lock this?

Do you think this lock would work:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XP2KHDZ?pf_rd_p=8e0819a9-0ef1-44cd-9544-a7f28374af8b&pf_rd_r=DV... I've read that it can support 15" laptops but again when I measure from corner to corner myself, it comes to 17".

Sorry, looks like it does NOT have a lock slot. I don't know why HP missed this:

Yeah, this is really a bad design, it make me always worry when I want to go to library...
I didn't notice this flaw when bought it.

Big disappointment.
