HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 Laptop PC (9EK36AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Good day everyone!

I am currently facing a problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming 15 laptop which I just bought last year. Yesterday, I was using the laptop just fine and charging still works when suddenly, in the middle of a game, the laptop just turned off on its own and the charging light is not lighting anymore.

I tried turning on the laptop again but to no avail, and the laptop is not charging anymore. Nothing happens when I'm pressing the power button: no LCD lights, no beeping, fans are not functioning. Literally nothing happens.

Please help me, what should I do in this situation? Service centers are scarce in our area, and I'm using this laptop for school.
