@ayanwhb, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

When your HP laptop stops working entirely, does not show any LED indicators, and does not power on even with the charging cable, here are several troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the laptop and unplug the power adapter.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Plug in the power adapter and try to turn on the laptop.

Check for Signs of Life

  • Look for any signs of life such as blinking LEDs, fan noise, or screen backlight when attempting to power on the laptop.

Perform a BIOS Recovery

  1. Press and hold the “Windows” key and the “B” key at the same time while the laptop is off.
  2. While holding these keys, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds, then release the power button but keep holding the “Windows” and “B” keys until you see a BIOS recovery screen or hear beeps.

I hope that helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
