Hello. I purchased HP Victus Gaming 15-fa0157TX this laptop 1 week ago. After 2 days i saw the laptop getting auto shut down when i run in battery. the laptop just turn on and come to windows then suddenly shutdowns. and worst part is the power button dont work after it gets shutdown. i cant turn it back again. i need to connect to power then it turns on, and another problem is when i run a game a simple gtav the cpu temp reaches 80deg+ which is dangerous and not normal. i really want support for this 2 things!!!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your PC crashing very often.
Follow the below steps to fix the issue.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
3) Plug the power cord back into the PC and then connect it to the wall.
4) Power on the PC, check for Windows updates, and install them following the below steps.
go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.
-Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
