HP Recommended

This started Friday, it was working so well until I got to 3rd period in school, the light shows that my computer is on but the screen remains black. The caps lock button is doing ---.. over and over again but the computer won't turn on.

I tried holding the power button while pressing the windows button and B key but nothing is happening! Am I screwed? 

*note: my computer is really old, 3 years old and has many issues*
