I ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and it’s giving me Failure ID : 64KWW8-8P799D-XD7URG-61C204 how can I fix this?

The error code is for a failed hard drive. Contact HP to have it replaced free. You can use this link-however, you will need to change the location from United States to your country:
