Product: Elitebook 8460P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello

I have a Laptop (HP Elitebook 8460p) that runs Windows 11 and it suddenly stopped working

I tried disconnecting everything and pressing the power button for 30 seconds and nothing happens

I don't have any tools,not even an ammeter

So I can't test the charger

And even if I do I can't afford another charger

Also the charging LED flashes orange and white 

I don't use a battery I run it on the charger only

Please help me!

Edit: I managed to turn it on but it shuts down before windows shows the loading animation
