Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I upgraded my HP Notebook 15-ay009dx/  X7T50UA#ABA from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Upon restart and ever since, it is hilariously slow. It takes on average 3 minutes for it to respond after clicking on any icon. It's completely useless in this state. How do I fix this? Thanks
