Frist my laptop got the error say  " system is booting in the  manufacturing program mode " and then my laptop update the bios - and now i cant boot my laptop on.  My laptop just keep restart and i cant do anything else.

please help me.

 

I started the notebook and received this error

I understand how frustrating this is. What you’re seeing is a system board programming failure that usually happens when a BIOS update runs while the system is still flagged in Manufacturing Programming Mode. Unfortunately, this prevents Windows from booting and causes the reboot loop you’re stuck in now.

For this you would need to contact HP directly for support options and next steps.
