Good day HP Community,

I hope you can help me out. Yesterday, I was using my laptop with two monitors (the laptop screen and an external monitor), and everything was fine. Before shutting down the laptop, a black screen appeared on the laptop, but the external monitor continued to work since it was the primary display. After finishing my work, I shut down the laptop, and this morning, I can no longer turn it on. 

Can anyone provide guidance or suggest a solution for this problem?
