I had to remove the ribbion cable from the SATA connector since it wouldn't even show up the lights or anything but now the PC is blinking slow blinks nonstop, what does that mean?

Here is an HP thread describing beep and blink codes for their laptops:

It's not a code, it just slow blinks repatedly that's the issue, it doesn't do both slow and fast blinks or stop in between it just slow blinks non stop and that's only after I disconnect the ribbion cable from the SATA adapter (that allows it to work with the ribbon cable connection to the motherboard) and if I don't disconnect it, it powers on for a second then the fan just stops spinning and the power LED stops working to. but either way I don't see a code, any ideas on how to fix this?

Without any blink codes. it's not possible for you or us to determine the issue.
You could try taking this to a local computer repair shop, as maybe the ribbon cable is damaged and they could repair that, but I don't know what else to suggest.
Sorry
