Product: HP 240 G4 Notebook PC

Everytime I boot my pc, it displays the hp name and also the window logo, then just after, the brightness start dimming until the screen is off, more of like when the pc is entering a sleep mode, but it is not that the pc is in a sleep mode, it doesn't boot finish before encountering this issue. What could cause it and what's the solution, because I'm even unable to do anything on it, since it doesn't boot finish
