Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0032dx

I am at a loss. I have followed every suggestion possible but I can't get my laptop to boot. I've run diagnostics, everything comes back as PASS. I've tried removing the battery and draining the laptop of power, no luck. I've tried resetting the bios with f10 and restarting, nothing happens. I've tried to access system recovery with f11, it all leads back to a black screen and the eventual blue box with "boot device not found" Hard Disk (3F0). It doesn't have a traditional hard drive but a ssd so I removed and reinserted it, still no progress. Any help would be appreciated.
