Product: HP 11 - y010wm
Hello!
So I have an HP 11 -y010wm and it won't turn on at all.
I have kept it in the charger for a couple months and I can see that the light next to the charger is shining.
Also, there is a symbol on the side of the computer that has the power button symbol and it is shining white.
I haven't damaged it in any way, I've had it for a couple years but I have always made sure to take care of it.
There is no removable battery if that helps?
Please help, I don't know why it won't come on

Try the power reset/hard reset for laptop with non-removeable battery:
