The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04754207

It came with Windows 10 Home (64-bit). You have 2 options

(a) Use HP Cloud Recovery tool. It will clear all users data/files and programs

                  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205

(b) Perform a CLEAN install Windows 10 but keep all users data/files and programs using:

                https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

All you need is to remember to keep all personal data/files and programs.

On both options, Windows 10 will activate itself using a key which is embedded in BIOS of your machine

Regards.
