Product: HP Pavilion Laptop - 15z touch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just got my HP Pavilion 15z touch about a week ago. I was playing a game, and it suddenly shut off and wont turn back on. I tried to do the 30 second power button thing, and the charger light isnt even coming on with the charger plugged in.  What do I do to fix this, this computer is brand new!

A hard reset is accomplished by removing the power cord, removing the battery, and then holding down the power button for 30-45 seconds.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
