My computer won’t display when turning on. The power button light is on and capslock light flashes

Model 17-cb0050nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At first the computer was turning on and off with no display. I reseated the battery and now it’s staying on, but still not displaying. I reseated the memory, but to no avail. Nothing changed, I also tried connecting a second display nothing.
