Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W45AV)

My computer won’t open past the Lock Screen and when it does I can’t click into anything. I’ve restarted multiple times and restarted in recovery. It passed all tests, I don’t know what else to do
