When turned on it is frozen and a message on the screen says Boot Device Not Found? Please install an operating system on your hard disk. What can I do to resolve this? I am computer illiterate by the way!!! So please explain in very slow and specific details on how to resolve this problem. lol!!! TIA!!!

his nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
