If your HP Pavilion Gaming 15 laptop is not powering on and the power button light is blinking, this typically indicates a power issue or a fault in the hardware. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try before seeking service.
- Power Drain: Disconnect all external devices and the power cable. Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cable and try to turn the laptop on.
- Battery Reset: If your model has a removable battery, remove it and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power. Reinsert the battery and plug in the charger.
- Check the Charger: Ensure that your charger is functioning properly. If the LED on the charger is not lit, the charger may need replacement.
