Product: HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb060sa

Before it stopped showing any signs of life (when I put the charging cable it it still doesn't charge) it started boot looping 

Can someone help?

I see that your HP notebook does not power on.


I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.
