Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop all of a sudden one day won't turn on even while plugged in with or without the battery. When plugged in it shows its being charged but when you try to turn it on you can hear the fan start up but just fails to turn on. Nothing shows up on the screen just wont boot up.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

One thing you can try is pressing the power button and then, rapidly, pressing the Esc key repeatedly -- to see if your PC will boot into a text menu from which you can then select Diagnostics.
 
But if that does not work, and your PC will not even power on, there is literally nothing we can do from here for you, as we are not HP Tech Support and have no way of accessing your PC from here.
 
Additionally, HP Tech Support only provides free support during the warranty period, and if yours has expired, they would charge a fee UP FRONT to even talk to you.  If you want to try that, you have to go through HP Customer Support to get to them.  Contact info on HP Customer Support is listed below ...
 
However, HP Customer Support is generally unavailable on weekends, so you will have to wait until next week to contact them.
 
An alternative is to see if there is an HP Certified Service Center nearby you can contact to see if they will examine your PC and provide you a repair estimate.  Information on those Centers is also below ...
