Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (7B9S3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my laptop when the screen suddenly went black and the power light turned off. But I could still hear the sound from the chatting software. I tried to use to power button to turn off the laptop, but the power button doesn't work at all. So I just let the laptop run out of battery and let it shut down. Now I try to recharge it but I still can't open it again. Then light of the power button is off all the time. 

 

What should I do and how can I sent it to repair.

OK...It suddenly turned on and everything went back to normal after I placed it for two hours... The problems seem solved...
