Hi

My laptop doesn't power up and there are no lights on.  It works with the adapter plugged in and partially only.

I tried the advice given to me and this is what happened:

I pressed the Windows key + x.&  I clicked on Powershell.

I typed "powercfg/batteryreport

Only a long message appeared and nothing else.  Nothing about the Design or Cycle count.

Clearly, the battery is too low to run the laptop. And on some laptops, they won't come on fully until the battery hits a higher charger level -- but have no details on what that level needs to be.  All you can do at this point is let it charge and see if it eventually comes on fully.
