Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)

My laptop just won’t turn on. The caps lock button keeps flashing and the power button is on but the screen hasn’t lit up or anything. It’s charged and won’t turn on and when chager is plugged in power button and caps glows and when it off will show nothing and even not on
