So this happened when I tried to boot my laptop after a while before i did not drop it or do anything but when I try to start it it's normal at the start till hp logo shows and it's loading but after the hp logo the display is gone and after a min or two the laptop restarts I tried to reset it but after resetting it did the same thing I could not even setup the laptop after reset

I see that you are facing an issue with your laptop.
Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.
1) Shut down the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to the system test > extensive test
If the hardware is working fine.
