My laptop was working fine, then suddenly it just Black Screen. When I reset it by pulling out the batter and hold down power button, it says Checksum Invalid Error 502. I tried to flash the bios with a thumdrive and that didn't work. what else can I try. The laptop is too new to have these issues. I am almost SURE nothing physically wrong with it.
