Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ho when I try turn on/login to my laptop it starts up (I see the login screen minus my background) but I am unable to access the login page. If I hit any buttons the screen goes black. I’ve tried shutting down the laptop and turning it back on but the same things happens. I am unable to restart the laptop as again it won’t allow me access. There is still some power (about 20-30%).
