HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Before 4 weeks now, my laptop did not want to turn on. It kept going only to the logo and that's it. After going to service they told me that the motherboard is defective. I payed a lot of money they changed it. But after I took my laptop home another problem started. Now my laptop won't turn on. There is no sound, no ventilator, no LED LIGHTS. Nothing! I returned it to them in order for them to fix it - they told me that there is no problem and they don't know. But now I am stuck with a laptop that doesn't turn on.

I'm sorry, but without access to the laptop -- which we can't get from here --- we can not help you diagnose or fix it.

IF you don't trust the place that serviced it earlier to fix this, then you will need to find a different service place and take it to them.

The only reason I trusted this service is because HP showed it like authorized service. HP needs to hold responsibility for misleading his users. I won't buy something on their brand every again. Not only I lost a lot of money but I lost my laptop too because there isn't a good authorized service. If want to go to another I have to give the same amount of money which I don't have.

Sorry, but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.

We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.

We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.

For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
