Product: HP Pavilion 13-an0006na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was working on my laptop and suddenly it turned off and when I tried turning it back on, the button is light and I see the caps lock flashing and also the battery light is white but the screen remained black. Please I need a solution ASAP !
