I bought FQ2071TU in India, It come with Intel optane 512GB ram. Currently when I open the intel storage and memory tool it's show me it's healthy. The life remaining 83 out of 100.
The computer run for few min and freeze and restart. After that I got 3FO error. I need to press the power button for minute to get rid of it.
I see on intel portal intel optane have 5 year warranty. How I can claim that warranty. I tried to update the firmware by download and burn to rufus. I see no intel device found error when I boot from USB.
I have same problem earlier when I have windows 10 based machine. I update to 11 thinking it will provide a fix but still have same issue?.
1. Is there any workaround for this?
2. Is it possible to claim 5 year warranty and get it replaced from intel.
3. Anything else I can do to make my device usable. It's all waste of time for me to turn on pc, seeing it freeze and crash.
I tried to install HD tune pro. That also claim the hdd is healthy. I have run the test and processor, disk and memory all are fine.

A1. Please try : HP PCs - Hard disk 3F0 boot device not found error
A2. No, Intel would refer back to HP and standard HP warranty is 1 year
A3. Back to A1.
Regards.

I tried A1, reload default setting doesn't work. It's boot sometime and sometimes it's stuck in boot.
A2. It's bad, I was thinking I can claim 5 year warranty since it's showing 5 year warranty on the intel website.
A3. I tried to load default and tried to press power button a lot of time till now. Nothing has help me anything.
Is it possible that my SSD is not in good shape? Like I said I have Win10 and I was having same issue. I install the Win11 from scratch, I am still getting same error.
Or is it Microsoft which provide some driver which make this happen. Is there anyway I can use this SSD or time has come to get it replaced?
Thanks
