Hi my hp stream laptop 11- y0XX 

Product number X7V32UA#ANA

My computer won't turn fully on but when I do it goes to administrator password and when I do enter the password it goes straight to a screen that says NO BOOTABLE DEVICE- - insert boot disk and press any key but I don't have a boot disk I need help

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows you are getting no bootable device found error.
