I m not getting the option to install windows 7 using CD/DVD ROM DRIVE
Step 1 : Information of my HP NOTEBOOK

That happens when the DVD one has created is not bootable or when you have not placed the boot DVD in the DVD drive before trying to select it.
You should select legacy Boot order and DVD at the top.
You would be better off creating and using a GPT format UEFI USB Windows installer.
The install is so much faster and more reliable than DVD. DVD is old tech.
