HELLO , 

I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN EXCEL FILES AND WORD FILES SAVED IN MY LAPTOP THROUGH WINDOWS EXPLORER APP,

WHEN I OPEN THE WINDOWS EXPLORER APP AND CLICK ON ANY OF THESE FILES WINDOWS EXPLORER IS NOT RESPONDING AND I WILL CLOSE THE APP AND BLUE SCREEN APPEARS. 

HOPING TO GET AN EARLY REPLY AND THANKING YOU IN ANTICIPATION.

Do you have MS Excel and MS Word on your machine ? By default Windows 10 allows you to Open Excel and Word files without a need of having Office suite but please try

HELLO SIR ,

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY SIR , BUT I HAVE THE OFFICE 2019 STUDENT AND HOME VERSION INSTALLED IN MY LAPTOP , AND THE SAME PROBLEM EXIST , BUT I THINK THE EXCEL APP IS SAVING NEW DOCUMENTS ( FILES ) AND OLD DOCUMENTS ( FILES ) IN ONEDRIVE ONLINE , AND I UNLINKED MY ONEDRIVE ACCOUNT WITH THIS PC , BUT ALSO WHEN I CLICK ON NEW WORKBOOK , IT IS OPENING IN BROWSER AND ONEDRIVE SIGN IN WINDOW IS OPENING .

I HAVE ALSO ENABLED   " SAVE TO COMPUTER BY DEFAULT " SETTING IN  THE DOCUMENTS SAVE SETTINGS.
