Navigation keys don't work in BIOS

HP Recommended
Hp ay061nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently took a software from a friend: NordVPN. My PC started acting up so I restarted it. The keyboard wouldn't worl on the lockscreen, as well as ease of access. I shut it down and took out the hard disk and replaced it again. And said Boot Device not found. I pressed f10 until it took me to BIOS menu. Every key but navigation keys won't work. I need help please.

@Cuepede

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working correctly on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I see that now the computer is not booting to Windows, so need to fix the no boot issue before troubleshooting the keyboard issue.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
