Need BIOS Password Reset HP Pavilion 15

hi. Can anyone help me with bios pass? My father somehow lock his laptop, and now i can only see bios password screen...
i simply can't do anything. battery pull of for a day - nothing..
now i have "System Disabled" A [4E1479D4]

For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???

i can only make a call, go to forum or find near service center for that link you'v provided...

Call, Forum and Service center, What other option do you want???

call center said to me "please provide any papers that you bought that nbook.." it was while ago, i can't...

so, left only this forum or service center..

1. Remove the RTC battery:

2. Replace the BIOS chip.

Click on Base Enclosure  and  Real Time Clock (RTC) Battery.
