Hi,

I can't boot by laptop. Harddisk Security password was forgotten. The error message says:

"Press [ESC]  Abort Hard Disk Security

 

SATA Port 0 HGST HTS541010A9E680 - Lock



How can I remove the pasword?

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, if this is a drivelock password, there's no way to remove it without either the original password or replacing the drive.
