Product: Macbook pro Foli 9470M

Hi everybody,

I just bought an Elitebook Folio 9470m laptop from the auction with protected bios password.

I tried to reset password but it didn't go through by removing the battery on CMOS. By searching on the forums I realised if I get a SMC.bin file, I would have a chance to reset the password. Also, I tried to get some help from HP support but unfortunately, I couldn't find any link to send Email.

Now, is there anyone could help me?

I really appreciate it.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
