I need to see if their is an update to my bios

HP websites tells me to go places that just want to talk about drivers and OS stuff nothing bios related.

PC was bought in 2019,

model number

17-by 00 53 od

Serial number:

<removed>

Product number:
4NC69UA

How Do I Get The Bios? As in, see if there is a new one and then download the latest to flash my current bios

<removed>. Every OS I try to install tells me to go into my bios to fix stuff I can't find. So figure the bios is corrupted.

Example linux wants me to disable RST, forget what windows wanted, but they all scream about the bios and reset default didn't fix the bios issue, what they are telling me to look for is also not in there.

System has NO OS installed as the hard drive crashed so its got a new HD in there. Bios, how I get. How I install (preferably from within the bios as that needs to be fixed so I can install an OS)
