HP Pavilion - 15-cc610ms

I have a specific issue with my laptop where it won't charge past 30% and if I turn off my charger it will immediately turn off. After running a HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI scan, this is the results of the test:

Failure ID: Q7H09H-AGFBQ1-MFPW2K-C0EC03

I tried to find out what this means, but a post was made where a moderator replied they don't give out the link to the website where you can lookup the codes anymore due to security reasons. I need to know what this code means and if I unfortunately have to change my battery again (I already did it once this year).

Thanks,
PixelQuest
